The March 2021 RE/MAX Housing Report is on fire! Homes don't sit for long, and the Seller's Market continues its streak. Bellingham listings were on the market for an average of 28 days - a 12% increase from March 2020.
The lack of inventory plays a large role in the increase of home prices. The average active listings remained the same as last month in Whatcom County. Home values rose through all Whatcom County markets - Lynden and Sudden Valley saw the largest increases in average sold price and had a 35% increase!
