As we near the end of the year, the November 2021 Whatcom market report saw a slight seasonal slowdown. However, it's still a great time to buy and sell! Sudden Valley listings were on the market for an average of just 10 days - a 28% decrease from November 2020. Bellingham listings had a median sale price of $605,000 - an astounding 26% increase from November of 2020. The lack of inventory plays a large role in the increase of home prices.
